1. Introduction

Welcome to PDAPlaza Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our associated policies.


2. Orders & Pricing

  • 2.1 Order Acceptance
    All orders are subject to our approval. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason.

  • 2.2 Pricing
    Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and they may change without notice.

  • 2.3 Taxes & Duties
    Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes based on province. International orders may incur additional duties or taxes payable by the customer.


3. Shipping

  • 3.1 Delivery Times
    Any shipping timelines provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier services or customs).

  • 3.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments
    If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Once an item has been shipped, we are not liable for loss or theft.


4. Cancellations & Returns

  1. Order Cancellations

    • You can cancel any order before it has shipped for a full refund.

    • For delivered items, please see our return policy below.

  2. Change of Mind Returns

    • You may return your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is sealed, unopened, and in original condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  3. Used or Opened Items

    • Items returned within 7 days that are used or not in original condition (unsealed) are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Further restocking fees may be applied after inspection.

  4. Final Sale Items

    • All accessories, wearables, and open box devices are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


5. Warranty

  1. Warranty Coverage

    • Each device includes a 30-day domestic warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturer defects only.

    • If your device is found defective within 30 days, we will repair or replace it—no refunds are issued under warranty claims.

  2. Exclusions

    • Liquid, accidental, misuse, or physical damage is not covered by any warranty.

  3. After 30 Days

    • All warranty inquiries must be directed to the manufacturer, subject to their policies.

  4. Warranty Add-ons

    • Extended warranty or additional coverage plans are non-refundable.


6. Price Adjustments for Price Drops

  • If the price of an item drops within 7 days of your order date, we will refund the difference.

  • If the price drop occurs after 7 days, we will still honor the adjustment; however, the shipping timeframe will reset starting from the date of the price drop.

  • This policy only applies if the order has not yet shipped.


7. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our products or website. Your sole remedy is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
